Sim Rebuilding Progress

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas,

maybe you heard some rumors about rebuilding Block 13. Yeah. I agree with that, it's the truth. :P At least you've seen this Sim wasn't finished well and I (have serious to say) didn't like it.
There was too much unused space, the textures weren't what I expect of Block 13 quality.

We'll get another mainstore on the Block, I'm happy to welcome "ASrock"... If you need some very cool stuff for your ava, check our temporary homebases in the sky. The landingpoint is set to both.

I'll be offline for a few days, I'm back at January 4th and will go on with building. But it will be faster now - I already have several good ideas and I'm sure it will be a very nice area. I'm going to add some hangout places. And I got some requests if I could do something RP-style, or just rent out some apartments - I think about.

~ 4 new furniture packs ~

I added some new furniture packs. Available in 4 different styles and colors.
They're low Prim (50 each pack) and include 7 smooth custom animations.
I got much requests if I could sell my furniture modify - here I go. Every pack is to get without included animations and scripts also, so it's easy to add your own.

~ Outdoor Trees ~

Heya,

I did an update of the famous "Junkmas Tree" as high Prim outdoor version.
Available are 2 different styles: One with white damaged light bulbs and one with some mixed random color changing light bulbs.

Both have 90 Prims and are custom textured.

Re-Building Mainstore, Re-Texturizing Sim

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas,

maybe you wonder if you visit my Homebase now.
It's bigger size and still not complete textured.

I did a new design for Block 13 in the last days, a little preview is to find
on the Sims "BLITZED" and "Primitive City".

I'll rework the textures on the Sim, too... It's actually nice, but it can be better.
A night-sim is hard to do anyway, I want textures which are looking nice in daylight, too.

Block 13 proudly presents the Shopping District.
The sim opened just in time, the mainstore is finished (for now) and I'll try to create alot of new stuff in the next weeks/months. Christmas is coming - new group stuff is planned, too.

GRAND OPENING

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas,

after about 4 long months of SL-pause, Block Buster (the Sim) is going to be finished.
I needed this break, I was totally burned out. I lost my fun, my creativity.
But now I'm back and I'm proud to present you the date for the "Block Party".

It will take place on November 1st 2009. (Yes, this year! lol)

I'm sorry for the inconvience and I'm thankful for your understanding and patience.

At least I'll be online whenever I find the time, but I'll still keep my weekends for me.

Hiya there,

I hope I'm going to finish the Sim right in time, but it seems like.
Actually I'm still building on it. My Sim had an accident last Tuesday.
The building you see in the post down below is now in my Lost & Found folder -
in single pieces. Well, I could have done a backup by LL, but I didn't want.
I was lazy before - since Wednesday it's different. I'm fast with all and curious to know how it looks finished.

I did more in 1 1/2 days as in the 1 1/2 months before.
I still have the textures and ideas. 14 days left to work...
My personal challenge now... hehe..

Block Party (Grand Opening)

I decided to make a time frame for me to work, because I'm less online and I don't want too much stress by making "Block Buster". The Sim building takes a while. It's very different style to what you expect from Block 13...

Date is now Saturday, 12th September 2009, 1 PM PDT (10 PM MET).

I hope to see you there, but I'll inform you in a group-message right in time.

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas,

I thought everyone has to have a blog ingame.
Here I go... You'll find here all informations about Block 13, new releases, free stuff, special offers and group-specials.
At least I've to finish my Sim (Block Buster) first. After that long time I'll throw out new urban lifestyle solutions for your needs.

The Sim-opening will (hopefully) in September take place. I just had my summer vacation and it seems like I'm offline in August again for a while. You'll find here the newsticker about the opening party and the joining creators.

For the curious ones: Here's a little picture of Block Buster, still empty - but a bit to see. And yes - it's not going to be a totally grunge Sim with broken buildings. It's going to be a stylemix.
