I wanna thank you for all your support I've got since 2007,
when I started SL and grew up slowly to one of the most
famous builders here... ♥

I really had a great time, sometimes too stressy,
sometimes too much bored... Sometimes just relaxed
and creative... But... However it is in life...
Anytime you've to move on with other things.

I wanna thank you for all your feedback, your cheering
on me (lol), your critics, your purchases. And a special
thank to the ones who first were customers and get
closer friends! You all made SL for me what it was:

At once my incoming here was in the first 8000 of whole SL.
Long time ago, 2009, when I "totally" started...

Now my time is over here... Sometimes you need to leave
things you love. And I'm kinda doing it with tears...

I've a wonderful real life... ♥ I'm absolutely in love...
I'll go to school again, going to study next year...
I'm working in RL again...

Sooooooo... I won't cancel my account. Maybe Block 13 will
reopen in 2 years... If all works well, I'll study Mediadesign.
So I'm going to rock your mesh! lol...

But for now I'm going to make a sale... The Tier on the Sim ends
on August the 25th. Until then you'll get ALL STUFF between 25 L$ up
till 300 L$... Then I'll take all in my inventory and *poof*...

I'm still most of my time offline due some health-
issues... But after 3 months I needed to get back
for a few hours and throw out a new release.

I'm sorry to dissapoint you guys, but the today's
stuff is a cute girl jeans, called Emma...

This pants comes with a cute realistic texture,
some hearts on the knees, sculpted cuffs
and a f@'kin' nice a55!

6 colors available: light blue, dark blue, petrol, dark petrol, grey and black!

Here are some textures, but however it's
much nicer to see it worn... ㋡

☛ New Homebase Open! ☚

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas, it's over and done.
I have the "Licence To Move" and I don't hesitate to use it! ㋡

My clothes-store is done already,
the buildings- and furniture-store
is finished so far.

There are just some little decorations
to add and some vendor pics to change.
The group-vendor makes some trouble
but be sure it will work till March -
how I promised it.

Just in time I released just for fun a pack
of 3 copy/mod carpets for your urban and
grunge needs. It's available for 99 L$ only
and comes in a clean, black/white and
a filthy version.

As opening special I changed some
prices as well... I did a little corner for older
collections and I filled the outlet.
If you need some already finished builds
for your urban areas
you should take a look...

It was calm around Block 13 last year. As you see... Last blog-entry in June 2010.
I'll be back in 2011, I'm actually working on new stuff for you, but it will take a while.
For me it's still: RL comes first, so maybe I'll get some issues. ;)

## New Sim! ##

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas,

maybe you'll call me silly, but I don't care. :p I bought a Homestead last week. And compared to my other Sims I'm very fast with the building progress - it started Saturday, the whole building components are already done, the texturizing is done and I just need to do the interieur.

Compared to 1 1/2 years building, deleting and rebuilding I'm very happy now.
I'm sure you'll like the design and I'm proud to offer you some nice areas to hang around and relax. It's definately different to my last Sims - but for sure Block 13 Style.

The Sim's name is Soleil, actually closed to public.
The grand opening will take place beginning of July 2010. (Yes, this year. lol)

Scrillz Row Closing

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas,

if you've heard any rumors about closing the Block 13 Sim - yes, it's true...
I decided to abandon it, because I'm too lazy and busy to build it.
I am building on my Sim for about 1.5 yrs now, it's just pissing me off,
I'm never satisfied...

I'll reopen my Homebase on a little 1/4 Sim parcel, opening will be on
March 24th... See you there!

Sim Rebuilding Progress

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas,

maybe you heard some rumors about rebuilding Block 13. Yeah. I agree with that, it's the truth. :P At least you've seen this Sim wasn't finished well and I (have serious to say) didn't like it.
There was too much unused space, the textures weren't what I expect of Block 13 quality.

We'll get another mainstore on the Block, I'm happy to welcome "ASrock"... If you need some very cool stuff for your ava, check our temporary homebases in the sky. The landingpoint is set to both.

I'll be offline for a few days, I'm back at January 4th and will go on with building. But it will be faster now - I already have several good ideas and I'm sure it will be a very nice area. I'm going to add some hangout places. And I got some requests if I could do something RP-style, or just rent out some apartments - I think about.

I added some new furniture packs. Available in 4 different styles and colors.
They're low Prim (50 each pack) and include 7 smooth custom animations.
I got much requests if I could sell my furniture modify - here I go. Every pack is to get without included animations and scripts also, so it's easy to add your own.

~ Outdoor Trees ~

Heya,

I did an update of the famous "Junkmas Tree" as high Prim outdoor version.
Available are 2 different styles: One with white damaged light bulbs and one with some mixed random color changing light bulbs.

Both have 90 Prims and are custom textured.

Re-Building Mainstore, Re-Texturizing Sim

Hey Ladies, hey Fellas,

maybe you wonder if you visit my Homebase now.
It's bigger size and still not complete textured.

I did a new design for Block 13 in the last days, a little preview is to find
on the Sims "BLITZED" and "Primitive City".

I'll rework the textures on the Sim, too... It's actually nice, but it can be better.
A night-sim is hard to do anyway, I want textures which are looking nice in daylight, too.
